Barrett Finacial has been an amazing company to work with. EJ specifically is the GOAT when it comes to HELOCS, REFINANCING, and anything else you need for your home buying needs. When I first started my homebuying process in 2020 I was with another company at a 3.5% intrest rates went down to 2.87% and because I was in a rate lock they said the best they could do was 3.0. I contacted Barrett Financial and EJ was able to get me a 2.87 within the 14 days I was going to be closing. He was patient, and kind, and so easy to work with. Then in 6 months let me know rates dropped down to a 2.25% and was able to get me refinanced. I have since worked with him and Barrett Financial for all of my house needs. 10/10 I recommend, and since I have recommend family and friends and they are just as pleased. If your thinking about a broker definitely go with Barrett Financial.
